4.The Hundred, a new 100-ball cricket tournament, made its debut in England in 2021 and is scheduled to take place again in 2023. The tournament features eight city-based franchises, and has been designed to attract a new audience to the game.

5.In 2023, the first ever Commonwealth Games cricket tournament will take place in Birmingham, England. The tournament will feature eight teams, including England, Australia, India, and South Africa, and will be played in the T20 format.
